These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the XC77 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By using XC77, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

You must be 18 years of age or older — or meet the higher minimum required by the operator's license jurisdiction — to register and use XC77. Age verification may be required.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and XC77 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Operator") governing your access to and use of the XC77 online gaming platform, available at xc77.cam and any associated subdomains, mobile interfaces or software applications.

In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence in relation to that promotion only.
Pakistan Legal Notice: Pakistan has gambling restrictions, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. In these Terms, the following expressions have the meanings set out below:
The individual registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process on the XC77 platform.
The total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds, bonus funds (where applicable) and credited winnings not yet withdrawn.
Funds credited to a Player's Account in connection with a promotional offer, subject to separate wagering requirements and terms specific to that promotion.
Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process conducted by the Operator to confirm a Player's identity, age and payment method ownership in accordance with applicable compliance obligations.
Any financial stake placed by a Player on a game outcome, sporting event or other wagering market offered through the XC77 platform.
The total cumulative wager amount a Player must complete before bonus-linked funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means the Player must wager 30 times the bonus value).
A voluntary restriction mechanism by which a Player requests that access to their Account be suspended for a defined or indefinite period as a responsible gambling control measure.
The XC77 online gaming service, including its website, mobile interface, software, content and all associated services operated under the xc77.cam domain.
By accessing, registering on or using the XC77 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.
Acceptance of these Terms is a prerequisite to account registration and continued use of any XC77 service. Your continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
Players are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. XC77 will endeavour to notify registered players of material changes via the email address on file; however, it remains the Player's responsibility to monitor updates.
To register and maintain an Account with XC77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
XC77 does not claim that use of this platform is lawful in Pakistan. Players in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar or any other Pakistani city must independently assess whether their participation in online gambling is lawful under applicable federal and provincial legislation, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.
To use the XC77 platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete and current information as requested. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address and chosen payment method references.
You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout the life of your Account is truthful and accurate. You must update your Account information promptly if any details change. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.
XC77 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any point during the registration process or subsequently. Failure to provide required verification documents within a reasonable period of request may result in withdrawal restrictions being applied or, ultimately, Account closure.
Registration constitutes your confirmation that you are not a prohibited person as defined in Clause 4 above, and that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person, allow any other person to access your Account or use your Account on behalf of another person.
You must notify XC77 immediately via [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. XC77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials or failed to notify us promptly.
XC77 offers two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security layer. Players are strongly encouraged to activate 2FA. We reserve the right to require 2FA verification before processing certain Account actions, including high-value withdrawals.
Deposits to your XC77 Account must be made using payment methods available in the cashier at the time of transaction. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change. XC77 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific payment method.
References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah on this platform are provided as familiar contextual references only. None of these entities endorse, partner with or facilitate gambling transactions through XC77 unless explicitly and verifiably confirmed. Players must review their payment provider's own terms before initiating a transaction and confirm that the transaction type is permitted.
XC77 does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Where a mismatch is identified between the Account holder's identity and the payment method owner, the deposit may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. All amounts are displayed in PKR for your convenience; the Operator may process transactions in its operational currency and convert at the prevailing rate.
XC77 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for understanding any fees your provider charges.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
Processing times stated in the cashier are indicative only. Actual processing time depends on the payment method selected, the Player's verification status, the Operator's internal processing queue and any applicable compliance reviews. XC77 does not guarantee specific processing timelines for any payment method, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast or bank transfer to Pakistani banks.
In the event that XC77 determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a withdrawal request relates to funds generated through fraudulent activity, collusion, abuse of promotions or breach of these Terms, XC77 reserves the right to withhold the requested withdrawal pending investigation and, where findings are confirmed, to forfeit the relevant funds.
XC77 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, loyalty rewards and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the promotional offer and should be read in full before claiming.
General principles applicable to all XC77 promotions include:
XC77 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to not removing entitlements already accrued in good faith by a Player.
All wagers placed on XC77 are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or game type, as published in the platform's rules documentation. In the event of ambiguity, the Operator's interpretation of betting rules shall be final, subject to the Player's right to raise a formal complaint.

In the event of closure for cause (e.g., confirmed breach of terms), XC77 may forfeit all or part of the Account balance, including deposited funds and any accrued winnings, subject to applicable law.
In the event of closure without cause (i.e., at the Operator's election where no breach has occurred), XC77 will return the verified real-money balance to the Player via a payment method of the Operator's choosing, typically the most recently used deposit method, within a reasonable timeframe.
Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed as a responsible gambling measure and are treated with priority.

All content on the XC77 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, source code, game assets and design elements, is the property of XC77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to downloading, copying, reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying or creating derivative works from any platform content without prior written authorisation from XC77.
The XC77 name, logo and associated brand marks are trademarks of the Operator. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, XC77, its directors, officers, employees and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the XC77 platform.
XC77 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free or free from other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Technical failures, maintenance windows and third-party service disruptions may affect platform availability.
XC77 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from the Player's own decisions to place wagers, from misunderstanding of game rules or betting markets, or from the Player's failure to read and comply with applicable terms.
Gambling Involves Risk. You may lose the money you deposit. Never wager funds you cannot afford to lose. XC77 does not guarantee any winnings, payout amounts or return on wagered funds.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated and licensed to operate, as applicable. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the XC77 platform, you should first contact the XC77 support team at [email protected] to attempt resolution through internal complaint procedures. XC77 will endeavour to respond to formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal procedures, it may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body as directed by the applicable regulatory framework. XC77 will provide guidance on the relevant ADR mechanism upon request.
XC77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered Players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the effective date of the change.
Your continued use of the XC77 platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not accept any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request Account closure.
Minor amendments — such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms — may be made without specific notification. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update.
